How does reseller hosting work?
You have a reseller hosting account control panel called Web Host Manager which is part of cPanel. WHM is where you go to create your customer accounts manually or you can setup packages then use whmautopilot to process the orders and setup the accounts for you automatically. With the manual account setup, after filling in their account information you click "create". This will instantly set them up with their very own control panel called cPanel. This is where they will go to administer their website. Once they are logged into cPanel they can create subdomains, email addresses, change passwords, install scripts, programs and much more without requiring any help from you or us.

How soon will my reseller account be created?
We will need to see what plan you have selected, then determine if we need to setup a new server for you or if we are able to fit you on to another server. Click here to see our server space policy. To make our job easier, when you request a reseller account, please try to estimate your growth for the first year. That way we can choose a server (so we don't need to move you later on) or build a new one to fix your estimated growth. Your reseller account and server will be setup during normal business hours. Our server install technicians work during these hours. In some cases where we are adding to our Network Operation Center, they may build it after business hours and notify you of it's completion so you will be able to login and get selling!
